Yes - if you spend your money pot on a gift or voucher with one of our retail partners, it's completely free.
If you choose to withdraw your pot to a UK bank account, a 5% bank transfer fee applies. This covers transaction costs and helps us keep Viing running smoothly.
There are no platform fees, no contribution fees, and no tip requests — ever.
Is Viing a flexible service? Can I arrange a collection with no card, or vice versa?
Absolutely. Viing is a one-stop shop for every occasion. You can choose exactly what you need:

- Card only

- Direct bank transfer
