Is Viing free to use?
It’s free to create a Viing occasion.
If you choose to spend your money pot with one of our retail partners, it's completely free. If you choose to transfer the money directly into a UK bank account, there is a 4% charge. This is to cover transaction costs and enables us to continue offering our service.
Can I arrange a group card to collect messages only with no collection or vice versa?
Absolutely. Our service is fully flexible.
